Russia’s agreement to sell hundreds of billions of dollars of Russian gas to China represents a real shift on global power says commentator Roger Boyes.
Add to that partnership both countries’ friendly overtures to the newly-elected leader of India, Nasendra Modi – who was denied for many years a working US visa – and there is all the makings of a very formidable anti-US Russia-China-India alliance.
