Blueprint Media acts for its customers on a consensual basis: there are no formal contracts.
In our view, the personal, one-to-one nature of our supplier-customer relationship makes them superfluous. We act for our customers in good faith and have found, invariably, that our customers reciprocate that approach.
We suggest to new customers in all but limited duration project-based agreements, that our relationship should run for six months’ after which it should be reviewed to confirm that both parties are content with its progress.
Aside from limited duration project-based agreements, one month’s notice on both sides applies.
We seek payment of our invoices seven days from invoice date.
